The design challenge was to convert given files into dark mode and improve the user interface.
Successes: Visual design was improved with the use of a tasteful gradient, seamless transitions, and appealing contrast.
Challenges: Understanding the data display without any additional information was challenging.
Successes: Use of iconography, color contrast, and proofreading was used to create a visually appealing interface.
Challenges: Limited brand colors made it challenging to differentiate information.
Successes: The user interface is drastically improved by adding imagery, scaling typography, using color contrast, and adding a gradient overlay.
Challenges: The original design has grammatical inconsistencies.
Successes: The UI is improved by using a swipe gesture (instead of a scroll) and by placing the button in the thumb zone to make it easier to access.
Challenges: Limited brand colors made it challenging to differentiate information.
